How to send reports?

To enrich the library of USB Dock,

• send us ProductID and VendorID of your device and full name of the device written on the box (via web-form or by e-mail: usbdock at ecomstation dot ru)
• You can find *.log files (USB reports) in the working directory of USB Dock. Attach the log of the device too.

   
  

• (optional) send us picture of the device (dimensions: 64x64, 128x128, format: PNG)
  • Make photo of the device by yourself. If you can't do this, find an official picture of the device via www.google.com -> Images (white background; dimension should be bigger than 128x128);
  • Remove artefacts;
  • add white stripes if the picture is rectangular;
  • crop the image of device to get square;
  • resize the picture.
