Sunny icons: troubleshooting
Q1: I am not able to click on all of the icons.
A1: Do you use XWP?
Disable 'Lock in place' in XWorkPlace settings.

Q2: Before installation of Sunny icons check your system:
A2: a) do you have other WPS extenders? we don't support
ObjectDesktop or WPS Wizard. Remove this extenders.

Q3: WPS hangs or doesn't react properly
A3: a) check ecomedia.dll in x:cs\dll\
send us filesize, datetime-stamp

Q4: My desktop hanged. Some sunny icons are drawed, other are not drawed.
A4: Seems that the problem occurs because of Sunny Icons.

This means that you are using wrong ECOMEDIA.DLL

Q6: How to disable Sunny icons temporary?
A6: Unlock x:cs\dll\pngdesk.dll
and rename to pngdesk.dll-backup
Restart WPS

Q7: I installed debug version of PNG Desktop, where is the log?
A1: The errors are saved to x:\pngdlog.txt

- Check c:\POPUPLOG.OS2
Does it contain fresh records related to bad WPS applications?
De-install bad working WPS applications,
try install Sunny icons again.
- one more time, disable WPS applications which work not properly
or failed to install (but dll is loaded)
