This information is not very helpful without the audio or NIC working. Did you ever get them working?

I did a fresh install, with the Lan enabled in bios and tried uniaudio with the onboard audio in bios.

This needs the new uniaudo drivers 32. It worked however, I have soundblaster live pci soundcard installed on one of the 3 pci slots. Soundblaster has way superior sound. The genwrapper install realtek 8169 nic for the onboard lan. I could not get it too work maybe because of the router setup I have going. I have to retry. In the bios the lan is 8111A 8111B or 8111C Realtek NIC. Don't know if 8169 support any of these ???

ACPI 3.14 I am using with eCs20RC6a and both APIC and ACPI options are turned on in the bios with PSD=ACPI.PSD /SMP /PIC /VBE the /VBE is for the PCI X16 NIVIDA Geforce 7200 card I have running.

Update Have GenMac RTL8169 driver installed via MPTS.EXE , On Motherboard Lan works with this driver. I had to reset my stupid cable modem several time to have it input the ip address for it to the GenMac driver. UniAudio sys works . i know the new uniaudio drivers in development will work better, have them keep cracking on that ;) I still prefere Soundblaster live 5.1 pci card. This onboard lan freed up a pci 2.0 slot now I dont need realteck 8139 fast ethernet pci nic card installed. So I have two opened pci 2.0 slots if I need them ;) Also make sure the statements for this nic is close to the top if have config sort or config tool, always have the main device statements first with the PSD=ACPI.PSD /SMP /PIC the first statement with the BASEDEV=APM.ADD statement the second statement underneath it ;)

Install ecs 2.0 GA , Installed great, works great, ecs 2 fixed a lot of problems :) Acpi 3.18 works great :) however still have to use PSD=ACPI.PSD /SMP /PIC in the config.sys. Updated Installed new acpi-3.21.07.exe , works great and does not need any parematers .
